Entirely needle felted on organic carded wool, JOY is an adorable boy doll. With his good cheeks, his black and matte skin, his pretty smile, Joy is always cheerful! This little rascal required many hours (days!) of precise and meticulous work. His head is articulated: it swivels in all directions. His features are sculpted, his eyes are embroidered, his cheeks are colored with natural pigmented wax. His hair is made of pure crocheted and brushed mohair. This little doll has a terry cloth diaper, embroidered with her name, a printed double gauze bra, a plain double gauze bloomer. And her outfit is warmed up with a vest, a balaclava and hand-knitted booties in white mohair. Joy is an art doll not to be put in too small hands, especially since her clothes are equipped with small parts: buttons, snaps... Joy is of course a unique piece.
